Martin Gjellestad

Martin is a filmmaker from Molde. His art is focused on creating energetic films with organic images and real moments captured from our reality.

Because he grew up near Stavanger, got a film education in Bergen, and was married in Molde, we can safely say he knows the west-coast of Fjord Norway well. He is an active athlete with a passion for mountain hiking, guiding, mountain biking, and during the winter he rides on randoneeskis.

The nature and landscape is a lifelong passion and base of knowledge, and Martin is working for free for organizations like Molde og Romsdals Tourist association that provides trails and open huts in the mountains. Both as a mountain guide and as a photographer.
